This is a temporary site we're using until the full site comes on line late in 2017. We promised to provide you with a PDF update with the latest information on this year's dates, along with any changes or additions we find. This site doesn't allow us to provide a PDF, so instead, you'll find a series of posts with the same content.


Subscribe to this blog, and you'll get email updates whenever we post new information or an updated PDF. If you have questions, please feel free to ask. We'll add your questions and answers to the FAQ section of the PDF, and try to give you the most useful reading experience possible.

Coast Guard Academy Admissions Dates for the Class of 2020

Dates for the Class of 2021 are not yet available. These dates are for the Class of 2020, reporting on June 27, 2016.
October 15: Deadline to submit all application material for review under Early Action 

December 12: Last eligible testing date for the ACT with Writing Test exam 

By December 24: Early Action decisions published  

January 15: Deadline to submit all application material for review under Regular Admission 

January 23: Last eligible testing date for the SAT exam  

March 15: Deadline for completing the DoDMERB medical examination 

By April 1: Regular Admission decisions published 

May 1: Deadline to accept or decline all full appointment offered tendered before April 15 

May 15: Deadline for receiving DoDMERB medical qualification or Coast Guard Academy medical waiver 

June 27: Reporting-In Day for the Class of 2020
